How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your SmartTourist account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at ceo@smarttourist.kz
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Email address associated with your account
    • Phone number (if registered)
    • Clear statement requesting account deletion
  3. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  4. We will process your request within 7 days of receipt

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your personal account information
  • All stored user data and preferences
  • Booking history and reservations
  • Payment information (securely deleted)
  • Any other data associated with your account

Note: Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for accounting purposes).

Processing Time

We aim to process all account deletion requests within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted from our systems.
